Yashi Gourmet Wing Sauce

Yashi Gourmet Wing Sauce is locally made in Mesa without the use of MSG, it is also low fat, low calorie and absolutely tasty. Baked Chicken Breast
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Brush both sides of the chicken breast with Yashi Wing Sauce.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and brush again with Yashi Wing Sauce. Place in oven for an additional 5 minutes.


Fried Wings
  1. In skillet bring 1/3 cup Yashi Wing Sauce to just off boil.
  2. Toss 2 pounds of chicken wings until well coated.


Baked Wings
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Brush both sides of wing with Yashi Wing Sauce.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. remove from oven and brush again with Yashi Wing Sauce. Place in oven for an additional 5 minutes.


Grilled Fish (Shrimp, Salmon, Orange Roughy)
  1. Brush grill with vegetable oil. Preheat gas grill to temperature or prepare charcoal as instructed.
  2. Brush both sides of fish with Yashi Wing Sauce.
  3. If fish has skin, place skin side down on grill. Grill fish over medium heat until fish flakes easily with fork.


Baby Back Ribs
  1. Boil ribs in water for 45 minutes, drain.
  2. Brush ribs with Yashi Wing Sauce, place on hot BBQ grill, turn ribs 2-3 times, add more Yashi Wing Sauce to taste


Pork Tenderloin
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, spray shallow roasting pan and rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Brush with Yashi Wing Sauce, place pork tenderloin on rack in pan and cover loosely with foil.
  3. Bake 20 minutes, remove foil. Brush again with Yashi Wing Sauce and cook uncovered an additional 10-15 minutes.
