Every day, each AJ's Bistro brings something unique and flavorful to their neighborhood. AJ's consistently brings you delicious favorites from prime rib or pork tenderloin to beef Wellington and grilled salmon with mango salsa.

Visit AJ's Bistros from 11am-2pm for lunch or 4pm-8pm to take home a 5-Star, Chef-prepared dinner. The AJ's Bistro also features a salad bar that includes a different made-from-scratch soup selection daily. In addition, from 6am to 9pm you can select from the 15 savory sandwiches on our menu or have us create one suited to your special taste. We always have a selection of delectable side salads, perfect as complements to your sandwich or hearty enough to be a meal by themselves. On the go for a hike, picnic or group lunch? Call ahead and order AJ's gourmet box lunches, a party submarine or sandwich tray.

Most AJ's locations also feature wood-fired brick ovens where pizzas are created that are truly neighborhood favorites. One chef prides himself on creating a vegetarian pizza using more than a dozen unique vegetables!
